We receive the information you choose to provide so we can respond. Candidate profile sharing with potential employers requires the consent shown on the registration form. Consent to receive future updates is optional.

Website and third-party services

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure this website. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address under Google's own privacy practices. We do not currently use website analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use information

We use information you send us to respond to questions and discuss relevant training, business, or employment opportunities. Candidate profiles are shared with potential employers only when the candidate has checked the profile-sharing consent on the registration form. Optional opportunity updates are sent only when requested. We do not sell your personal information. Formspree processes form submissions on our behalf, and other service providers may process information when reasonably needed to operate the website or respond to you, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We retain information in our inbox only as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and maintain business records. Formspree handles submission data under its own retention and privacy practices. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold, or withdraw permission for future employer introductions, by contacting us. Candidate details are not held in a searchable talent database by this website. Email providers and networks may also process information when submissions are delivered.
